Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All artworks are carefully prepared and packaged with attention to detail. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
Note: Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and size/weight of the artwork.
- We ship worldwide using reliable carriers, and you will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international shipments.
3. Estimated Transit Times
Transit times are estimated and subject to delays caused by carrier schedules, customs processing, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Packaging & Care
Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.
- Canvas artworks will be delivered in an art tube, with the canvas and frame (if applicable) disassembled. Customers will need to assemble the parts themselves. Assembly instructions are included.
- Fragile items are securely wrapped and reinforced to prevent damage during transit.
- Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of any damages or issues so we can assist you.
5. Damages, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
- Once a package is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery and transit lies with the carrier.
- We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring during shipping.
6. Tracking Your Order
- Tracking information will be emailed once your artwork is shipped.
- Please allow carriers up to 24 hours to update tracking status.
8. International Orders
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
