Returns & Refunds Policy

All original artworks are final sale.

Due to the unique nature of original art, I do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact me within 48 hours of receipt if your artwork is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Any claim made after 48 hours may not be eligible.

To help resolve the issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the artwork

  • Photos of the packaging and any damage (if applicable)

In these cases, I will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on availability.


How to Request a Return

If a return is approved, the artwork must be sent to the following address:

Return Conditions

If a return is approved:

  • The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Returned artworks must be securely packaged and insured

Refunds will be processed once the artwork is received and inspected.

Shipping Responsibility

I am not responsible for damage caused by improper handling after delivery. Please inspect your artwork as soon as it arrives.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund is approved.  If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
